How the Programs Work
Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC)
- Allows donations of up to 90% of your PA State Tax liability.
- Funds are used as financial aid for families meeting income requirements under Pennsylvania State Guidelines.
Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC)
- Also allows donations to receive a tax credit.
- Funds are designated for families who meet income requirements and live where their son would otherwise attend a low-achieving school (per PA State Guidelines).
